Hala Wardé and Bouygues Immobilier give life to a highly virtuous tower for CMA CGM
Designed by the famous architect Hala Wardé, the majestic Tower Mirabeau is about to become the new architectural and technological emblem of Marseille. This exceptional offices building, designed in a sustainable way, bears witness to the commitment of CMA-CGM and leading real estate company, Bouygues Immobilier for the harmonious development of the city thanks to a pure and elegant architecture, whose bioclimatic envelope is in perfect harmony with the colors of sky and sea.
Developed using a BIM process with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks by HW Architecture architectural practice and EGIS and Equans engineering services providers, with the technical management of Bouygues Immobilier and built by contractor Leon Grosse, the project relied on cutting-edge technologies ensuring fluidity of exchanges, optimal interoperability in openBIM, serenity and security, facilitating everyone’s daily life. The « full digital & BIM » approach has made it possible to obtain high environmental quality, as well as to design services and spaces adapted to new uses, such as the e-concierge service or the Sky Lounge which promote conviviality and whose views are breathtaking. From Mirabeau, the view extends to the horizon, for a radiant and limitless future.
